Arts Alive 2026 is Coming!

ArtsFalmouth will present its 20th annual Arts Alive festival June 12 through June 14 on the Falmouth Library Lawn and adjacent Shore Street Extension and Peg Noonan Park. The rain-or-shine celebration of the arts is free and open to all.

There will be 40 music and dance performances—rock, folk, Celtic, blues, jazz, Broadway, theatrical, and more—on the Library Lawn and Peg Noonan Park and 70 artisans on Shore Street Ext. offering artworks, pottery, jewelry, home décor, photography, woodworking, personal care, and much more.

Due to popular demand, there will be two Town Dances this year, one on Friday evening from 7 to 9 PM with classic big band music by the Cape Cod Moonlighters Big Band and the second on Saturday evening from 7 to 9 PM with energetic rock music by Paradise Rock. All are invited come dance or just enjoy the music.

The event begins at 5 PM on Friday evening with a performance by singer/songwriter Dawna Hammers, followed by jazz singer Tish Adams with pianist Paul McWilliams.

Among the many performers on Saturday and Sunday are the Familiars, Turning Pointe Dance Studio, the Falmouth High School Jazz Band, College Light Opera Company, Falmouth Theatre Guild, Puffy Elvis, Wayside Sound, the Falmouth Chamber Players, the ZYG 808, Kim Moberg, the Sonnay Fiddlers, the Joe Mongelli Jazz Trio, the Dan Lawson Band, and many others.

There will be over 70 artisan vendors offering their artwork, photographs, jewelry, pottery, woodwork, fiber art, prints, greeting cards, clothing, leather goods, glass art, hair accessories, cast concrete planters, toys, baskets, tote bags, soaps and lotions, home décor, wreaths, candles, flags, and much more.

There will be Painters on the Lawn on Saturday morning—bring your own art supplies to join them—plus free face painting, an Art Tent with participatory art activities for all ages, and a Library information tent. A dozen community groups will offer information about their services, and food trucks will provide nourishment.

Volunteers are needed throughout the weekend to help make the weekend a success. Volunteer activities range from help with setup and breakdown to staffing the ArtsFalmouth information table to helping with arts and craft activities for children and adults.
