The Cape Cod String Quartet Presents “Christmas Around the World,” its third annual concert, on Saturday, December 9, at 4 PM, at Saint Christopher’s Church, 625 Main Street, Chatham.

The quartet features violinists Dan Flonta and Meghan O’Connor, cellist Nancy Torrente, and violist Sofia Nikas. They will be joined by Maury Castro on piano and organ and soprano Joan Kirchner.
The program will feature masterpieces by Antonio Vivaldi, Giovanni Sgambati, and Arcangelo Corelli, capturing the essence of Italy’s rich musical heritage. The musicians will then transport the audience to the heart of England with compositions by Harold Darke, Noel Rawsthorne, and Gustav Holst. The international odyssey continues with Adolphe Adam’s enchanting pieces from France and other stops around the globe.
A suggested donation of $30 will support the Cape Cod String Quartet’s commitment to bringing exceptional musical experiences to the community. For more information, contact Dan Flonta at danflonta@yahoo,com or 774-413-0079. Visit Cape Cod String Quartet on Instagram
